AMY & MATT

We cannot thank you enough for the job that you two did for our wedding photos. The photos are breath-takingly good and are such a great reminder of all the lovely little moments we had throughout our wedding day. Even the day after the wedding, everyone commented as to how good you both were, and how you were everywhere all at once, and yet never in the way or out of line. You were worth the price of admission just for your work on the day.....but then you give us these photos?!!??! It's too much, really.

ALL OF THE CANDID, UNEXPECTED SHOTS TRULY TRANSFORM THE ALBUM OF PHOTOS WE RECEIVED FROM A COLLECTION OF POSES OF THE MAJOR PARTIES INVOLVED INTO AN ALMOST-MOVING BOOK TELLING THE STORY OF OUR DAY.

We really loved how you captured some brilliant pictures of two of the most impossible photo subjects in our families (we won't tell you who), but now we get to see these people as we normally see them in life.

I could go on, but I would end up commenting on every single photo. We love them. Our parents love them. Our friends love them.

If you didn't already gather the sentiment - thank you. Thank you for these lovely photos.

Hi Rob & Julia.

We received the photos and we are so so happy. Words here can’t really do the images enough justice.

All we can say is you two are photographic geniuses who captured our day perfectly.

We loved having you there and we loved sharing our special day with you. TO US YOU CERTAINLY FELT LIKE FRIENDS AT THE WEDDING RATHER THAN VENDORS.

We both keep looking at the photos and saying “I didn’t even see Julia and Rob there, how did they get that photo!” You guys were silent assassins with your cameras! There’s so many little things that you guys did throughout the images, like when we told you we were expecting, Julia, you are in the corner of the shot just out of focus. Captured the moment. Boom.

We so hope that we see you again, as we do truly consider you friends. The pregnancy is going along well, and we’re so excited about this next stage of family life. Perhaps one day both families will be making sand castles on the beach at the Alders…

Group hug? Go on then. group hug!

ALYSSA, ADAM & SAWYER

Hi Julia and Rob,
We are so grateful to have such a beautiful season in our lives documented. Being able to reconnect with the both of you made it all the more special. If not totally full circle, it felt like a beautiful touch point along the journey.

Not only do we have so many gorgeous shots of us with Sawyer, but our families all have their new favourite photos of themselves. The photos were very popular at Christmas!

I have to make a special mention of the shots of me nursing Soy. When Claire sent us the link to the gallery, Sawyer had recently and somewhat abruptly self-weaned. It was very emotional for me because I wasn't totally ready to let it go. I thought I had more time. It was so tough in the beginning and I fought so hard...then one day it was like it never happened at all. Seeing those photos brought me to tears. I don't know if breastfeeding is something people typically photograph themselves doing, but I am so thankful that we did.

With gratitude,

Alysa ( and Adam )

Julia and Rob are amazing. Not only did the pictures which they produced for our wedding come out better than we could have imagined, but they are both amazing people.

My now wife and I had to reschedule our wedding multiple times because of the pandemic and Julia and Rob were flexible and very supportive.

On the day of the wedding, they made us so comfortable during the day that it almost felt like they were guests at our wedding. It made the day even more special and they really made an effort to connect with us.

I would highly recommend Ameris! They are amazing!
